The health and efficiency of the bee depends to a large extent on its proper nutrition, especially that of the brood but also of the adult bee. At all times of the year the bee needs sufficient amounts of honey and pollen depending on the tasks it performs.

The existence of pollen throughout the year inside the bee, apart from providing the bee with all the necessary structural elements for its development, increases its immune mechanism, for better treatment of diseases and adverse conditions.

During the hibernation, at the beginning of the spring, the times when the bee raises brood, builds candles and also in the summer, it should receive the necessary amino acids, but also the vitamins for its proper and healthy development, but also for the extension of time life of the bee, benefiting the greater efficiency of the bee.

At BIO – VIEPOL – GYREOPITA we have increased the percentage of pollen we add by 50% to make it more digestible and digestible by bees. The amounts of micronutrients have been calculated in such a way as to ensure a product that has similarities to those of the proportional amounts contained in natural pollen, while the qualitative and quantitative relationship between them enhances their synergistic action.

Specifications

Use of certified organic sugar from high quality sugar beet, free from foreign impurities.

Organic Pollen of Greek origin, tested for the absence of nosemiasis and ascosphere seeds.

Inversion with invertase to produce a digestible and metabolizable product.

Remove invertase in the final product.

Low EMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural) < 5%.

Humidity only 5 – 8%.

Addition of prebiotics and probiotics for the good functioning of the bee’s intestinal system, for fast food metabolism.

Addition of organic plant extracts.

The calculated total amount of protein of 12-14%, gives a ration of bee nutrition, of high nutritional value, and provides excellent results in those cases where the bee additionally needs the presence of proteins and vitamins in the hive.

 

Use

BIO VIEPOL – Pollen cake is used:

• at the start of the queen’s egg-laying,
• in stimulating the spawning rate and feeding the fry,
• in queen production,
• in the production of offshoots,
• in the construction of the honeycombs,
• in the droughts of the summer season,
• absolutely necessary before or during the production of pine honey,
• in autumn to create sufficient liposome for wintering,
• in any case where pollen is missing from the bee or the intake of pollen is not sufficient.

He can also choose his own recipe for Gyreopita by choosing a certain amount of pollen, soy or other ingredients.

EACH BEE IS FED WITH A QUANTITY OF 300 grams. up to 1000g depending on the capacity of the bee.
